Q. What's the minimum print quantity?
A. It varies for different projects, but usually most of the jobs require a quantity of 1000.
Q. What do 4/0, 4/1, and 4/4 mean.
A. The numbers refer to colors used for the project. First number indicates the colors on the front, the second number on the back. Number 4 means full color printing, 1 means one color ( usually black) and 0 indicates no printing (blank).
Q. Do you accept both MAC and PC files?
A. Yes, we are equiped with both systems and gladly accept either format.
Q. What does bleed mean?
A. When the background image has to go all the way to the edges of a printed job, it is required to make the background go over the edges of the document at least 1/8" to secure a proper trimming of the job and eliminating the risk of having white paper showing at the edges.
Q. How can I send you my digital files?
A. Numbers of ways actually, but the preferred metod is uploading it using our site. You can also email it to us ro send it through regular mail.Please don't send us your last copy of disks, floppies, CDs, etc., since we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged media.
Q. What file formats do you prefer?
A. The best suitable file formats to ensure proper output ar TIF, EPS, QXD, CDR and PDF. We accept all other file formats but there can be extra charges envolved for processing those files.
Q. How can I place an order?
A. Placing an order is very simple and fast. By clicking on Place and Order button you will be asked to fill an easy and simple form that will allow us to gather necessary information about your project. As soon as we receive the order one of our representatives will contact you to process your order and discuss all the details involved.
Q. How do I check my proof?
A. Once we have your artwork ready we will email you the link of the webpage that contains your proof. Once on that page you will be able to view your proof and instruct us of any changes or modifications required.
Q. How can I request samples?
A. By calling us during regular business hours, and we will gladly put a sample package in the mail for you.
Q. How do make a payment?
A. The full balance due must be payed before the products will be shipped. We accept company checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, cashier's checks and money orders. Please contact us for COD arrangements.
Q.What's your shipping method?
A. We ship UPS ground unless noted otherwise. DHL and USPS according to special shipping instructions received with your order. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or delays caused by the delivery carrier. You can always contact us for shipping estimates and tracking numbers.
